You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 13, please do not use the Services or provide us with personal information.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Services.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last Updated” date above and, where required by law, notify you through the App or by other appropriate means.

1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information
When you first use the App, we may assign you an anonymous account ID. If you sign in through a third-party service, we may receive your account identifier, display name, profile picture, email address, and other information permitted by your authorization.
1.2 Device and Network Information
We may collect device identifiers, device name and model, operating system and version, App version, IP address, country or region, language, time zone, mobile network information, crash logs, and performance data. We use this information to operate the Services, troubleshoot problems, prevent fraud, and improve your experience.
1.3 Life Moment and Usage Information
When you use Life Moments, we may collect the selected activity type and duration, start and end times, completion status, reward collection records, App activity, page views, milestone chest activity, tasks, and participation records. We use this information to verify completed Life Moments, provide Points, improve features, and detect unusual activity.
1.4 Rewards and Redemption Information
We may collect records of Points received and used, invitation and activity records, gift card details, redemption orders, review status, payment email addresses, and other information needed to process rewards. Payments and gift cards may be handled by third-party providers. We will not ask for your banking or payment-account password.
1.5 Customer Support Information
When you contact us, we may store your account information, email address, issue description, screenshots, screen recordings, and other materials you provide so we can respond, resolve problems, and improve the Services.
1.6 Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and our providers may use cookies, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to maintain sessions, analyze usage, measure visits and advertising, detect fraud, and improve performance. You may limit some technologies through your browser or device settings, although certain features may be affected.
1.7 Device Permissions
Depending on the features you use, we may request notification, advertising tracking, or other device permissions. We request permissions only when needed and after receiving your authorization. You may change permissions in your device settings at any time.
2. How We Use Your Information
We may use your information to:
- Create and manage your account;
- Provide Life Moment timers and completion tracking;
- Record and provide Points;
- Manage tasks, invitations, rewards, and redemptions;
- Send service and account notifications;
- Respond to support requests;
- Analyze, maintain, and improve the Services;
- Fix errors and technical problems;
- Detect unusual account, device, or activity patterns;
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and prohibited activity;
- Resolve disputes and comply with legal obligations;
- Provide advertising or marketing content where permitted.
3. How We Share Information
We may share information when reasonably necessary with cloud and technology providers, analytics and advertising providers, survey and game providers, payment and gift card providers, fraud-prevention services, customer support providers, and legal or regulatory authorities.
Third-party providers may process information under their own privacy policies. If MinuteBack is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, or asset sale, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
4. Advertising, Analytics, and Third-Party Activities
Third-party tools may collect information such as your IP address, device identifiers, operating system, advertising interactions, activity progress, and usage behavior to analyze App usage, measure advertising, and provide reward activities.
Third-party games, surveys, and offers may be independently operated. Please review the provider’s privacy policy and terms before participating. MinuteBack does not control information that third parties collect independently.
5. Data Retention and Security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, process transactions, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information. However, no online transmission or storage method is completely secure.
6. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information; withdraw permissions; object to or restrict certain processing; and appeal certain data-related decisions.
We may request your account ID, recent activity information, or other details to verify your identity. We may retain information where required to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or comply with the law.
6.1 Push Notifications
You can turn off MinuteBack push notifications through your device settings.
6.2 Updating Your Information
If you use third-party sign-in, you may update your information through the relevant third-party account. Updated information may appear in MinuteBack the next time you sign in.
6.3 Deleting Your Account
You may request deletion through Settings > Delete Account in the App or email feedback@minuteback.fit with the subject “Delete Account.” Remaining Points, redemption eligibility, and related benefits may not be recoverable.
We may retain necessary information for up to 180 days to complete security reviews, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. After that period, the information will be deleted or anonymized unless continued retention is legally required.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn that such information was collected without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. Parents or guardians may contact us with concerns.
8. International Data Transfers
Our providers may operate in different countries or regions. Your information may therefore be transferred to and processed outside your country or region. We use reasonable safeguards for international transfers as required by applicable law.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to our Services, business practices, or legal obligations. If an update materially affects your rights, we will provide notice through the App, by email, or by another appropriate method.
